Product Overview
The 12kV indoor AC metal-clad withdrawable switchgear is an indoor high-voltage complete power distribution device. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 3.6kV/7.2kV/12kV single busbar and sectionalized single busbar power systems. It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, data centers, petrochemical, metallurgy and other places. It is used for power reception and distribution, and realizes functions such as circuit control, protection, monitoring and high-voltage motor starting.
The product adopts a metal armored, middle-mounted drawout structure, with advantages such as five-prevention interlocking, safe isolation, strong interchangeability, convenient maintenance and reliable operation. It complies with standards such as GB/T 3906, GB/T 11022, IEC 62271-200 and DL/T 404, and has passed type test and CCC certification, with stable performance and safe use.

1. Armored middle-mounted structure, safe and reliable: Full metal armored enclosure, circuit breaker trolley is middle-mounted, which can be quickly removed for maintenance without mutual interference, ensuring continuous power supply.

Complete five-prevention interlocking, eliminating misoperation: It has five anti-misoperation functions, including preventing mis-closing/opening of circuit breakers, preventing push-pull under load, preventing closing of earthing switch with electricity, preventing power transmission when earthing switch is closed, and preventing entry into live compartments, ensuring personal and equipment safety.
3. Independent compartment design, controllable fault: The cabinet is divided into busbar room, circuit breaker room, cable room and instrument room, which are independently isolated and equipped with pressure relief channels, effectively suppressing arc spread.
