Product Overview

The 12kV indoor AC metal-clad withdrawable switchgear is an indoor high-voltage complete power distribution device. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 3.6kV/7.2kV/12kV single busbar and sectionalized single busbar power systems. It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, data centers, petrochemical, metallurgy and other places. It is used for power reception and distribution, and realizes functions such as circuit control, protection, monitoring and high-voltage motor starting.

The product adopts a metal armored, middle-mounted drawout structure, with advantages such as five-prevention interlocking, safe isolation, strong interchangeability, convenient maintenance and reliable operation. It complies with standards such as GB/T 3906, GB/T 11022, IEC 62271-200 and DL/T 404, and has passed type test and CCC certification, with stable performance and safe use.

3.   Independent compartment design, controllable fault: The cabinet is divided into busbar room, circuit breaker room, cable room and instrument room, which are independently isolated and equipped with pressure relief channels, effectively suppressing arc spread.

4.  Strong interchangeability, convenient maintenance: Trolleys of the same specification are universally interchangeable, supporting door-closed operation and front maintenance, and compatible with wall-mounted/back-to-back installation for efficient construction.

5.   Excellent dynamic and thermal stability: Optimized copper bar and cabinet strength, low temperature rise, strong short-circuit resistance, adapting to high current and high short-circuit working conditions.
