Product Overview

The oil-immersed on-load tap-changing transformer is a core specialized device for power transmission and distribution systems. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz systems. It can adjust the output voltage under load conditions using a dedicated on-load tap-changer, compensating for grid fluctuations and line losses, ensuring stable power supply to electrical equipment. The product adopts a fully sealed oil-immersed structure (non-sealed optional). The core uses 30q130 high-permeability silicon steel sheets. The windings use oxygen-free copper conductors, paired with PCB-free environmentally friendly insulating oil and vacuum oil filling process. It is equipped with a high-precision embedded vacuum on-load tap-changer and an intelligent controller. Features include precise voltage regulation, smooth switching, low loss, and strong short-circuit withstand capability. 3. Relative humidity: Daily average ≤ 95%, monthly average ≤ 90%; anti-condensation devices can be provided for humid environments to avoid insulation aging.

4. Installation site: No violent vibration, corrosive gases, or flammable/explosive dust; keep away from strong electromagnetic interference. Adaptable to C3-C5 corrosive environments, suitable for scenarios such as power equipment rooms and outdoor feeder stations.

5. Outdoor units have rain, dust, and corrosion protection performance, and can be pole-mounted. Indoor units require good ventilation and can be equipped with railed bases, suitable for confined spaces.

6. Installation inclination ≤3°. The core and tank are firmly secured to avoid displacement during transport and operation. Suitable for lifting ring and pole-mounting installation.
