Product Overview
GCK withdrawable switchgear is a low-voltage indoor complete distribution device, suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V/400V, 660V single busbar and single busbar sectionalizing power systems. It is widely used in various low-voltage distribution scenarios such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, data centers, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, and new energy power systems. It integrates the functions of a Power Distribution Center (PC) and a Motor Control Center (MCC), mainly used for receiving, distributing, controlling, protecting, and monitoring electrical energy. It is applicable to power distribution, centralized motor control, reactive power compensation, intelligent monitoring, etc., especially suitable for complex distribution scenarios requiring high automation and rapid maintenance. It is one of the core devices combining flexibility and reliability in the low-voltage distribution field.
The product adopts a standardized withdrawable modular structure, with key components made of high-quality materials. It features high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical solutions, convenient assembly, strong interchangeability, easy maintenance, high safety, and outstanding intelligent expansion capability. It uses a G-profile frame bolted together in a weldless structure, breaking the limitations of traditional products. It complies with national and industry standards such as GB 7251.1, GB 7251.12-2013, IEC 60439-1, and has passed CCC compulsory certification and ISO quality system certification. Its stable performance meets the demanding distribution requirements of industrial production and infrastructure.

Operating Environment
1. Ambient temperature: -5℃ to +40℃, 24h average temperature ≤ +35℃; during transport and storage, temperature can range from -25℃ to +55℃, with short-term exposure up to +70℃.
2. Indoor installation, altitude ≤ 2000m (customizable up to 3000m for special conditions).
3. Relative humidity: ≤50% at +40℃; up to 90% at +25℃. Condensation due to temperature changes should be considered, and anti-condensation devices should be installed if necessary.
4. Pollution degree: Level 3; customizable to Level 4 anti-corrosion protection for corrosive environments such as coastal areas and chemical plants.
5. Installation inclination: ≤5° from vertical.
6. Installation site: No fire, explosion, severe vibration, shock, corrosive gases, dust, or conductive dust. Keep away from strong electromagnetic interference. Suitable for harsh industrial environments such as high temperature and humidity, having passed salt spray, damp heat, and vibration tests.

Product Features
1. Withdrawable modular structure, maintenance without power outage – Standardized withdrawable design with a four-position operating mechanism (service, test, withdraw, isolated). Drawers can be independently withdrawn/inserted without interrupting the entire power system, ensuring power supply continuity and reducing outage losses. Drawer guides use high-strength nylon, with low insertion resistance and over 5,000 insertion/withdrawal cycles.
2. Weldless frame, high structural stability – G-profile frame bolted together avoids welding deformation and stress concentration, improving accuracy and stability. Modular design based on E=20mm or 25mm. Drawer units available in 1/2, 1, 3/2 sizes. Max 18 drawers per cabinet, supports mixed PC and MCC configurations.
3. Complete interlock protection, high safety – Drawer unit interlocked with circuit breaker handle ensures drawer can only be inserted/withdrawn when breaker is open. Cabinet divided into busbar compartment, unit compartment, and cable compartment, meeting IEC 60439-1 "Form 4" standard to suppress arc flash. Critical connections use silver-plating to reduce contact resistance and extend lifespan.
4. Excellent dynamic/thermal stability for complex conditions – Optimized copper busbar layout and structural strength, low temperature rise, strong short-circuit resistance, suitable for high-current continuous operation. Motor control units support 0.55kW to 320kW.
5. Heat dissipation optimization for harsh environments – Cooling slots at top and bottom create natural ventilation, optionally combined with forced cooling. Cabinet uses galvanized steel and flame-retardant engineering plastics, surface treated with pickling, phosphating, and resin coating for corrosion resistance and fire protection.
6. Strong compatibility, intelligent scalability – Supports mainstream domestic and imported components. Reserved Modbus, Profibus communication ports, supports power quality monitoring, fault recording, and wireless communication modules. Seamlessly connects to EMS and BAS systems, meeting Industry 4.0 trends.
