Product Overview
Outdoor intelligent box-type switching station (ring main unit) is a compact and intelligent medium-voltage power distribution complete device specially designed for outdoor distribution networks. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 12kV outdoor ring network power supply systems, and widely used in outdoor power distribution places such as urban residential quarters, industrial parks, commercial complexes, municipal roads, rail transit, ports and docks, oil fields and mines, and power grid reconstruction. It mainly realizes power reception, distribution, control, protection, monitoring and rapid fault handling, supporting the construction of distribution network automation and smart grid.
The product integrates SF6 fully insulated and fully sealed ring network switch unit, primary and secondary fusion intelligent terminal, temperature control and dehumidification, lightning protection, five-prevention interlocking and other functions. It adopts a modular, expandable and high-protection structure, with the advantages of safety, reliability, maintenance-free, fast deployment and high intelligence. It complies with national, industrial and power grid standards such as GB/T 3906, GB/T 11022, IEC 62271, Q/GDW 11250.2, and has passed CCC certification and type tests. It is the core power distribution equipment for outdoor medium-voltage distribution networks.

Product Features
1. Fully insulated and sealed, maintenance-free outdoors
The core switch and busbar are sealed in a stainless steel gas tank filled with SF6 insulating gas, and the live parts are fully shielded from dust, moisture, rain and snow. The annual gas leakage rate of the gas tank is ≤0.1%, realizing long-term maintenance-free and greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
2. Complete five-prevention interlocking for safer operation
Equipped with perfect forced mechanical interlocking to prevent mis-closing/opening of load switch, prevent switching with load, prevent closing to ground when live, prevent power transmission with grounding switch closed, and prevent entering live compartment. The operation is safe and controllable to ensure personal and equipment safety.
3. Modular and expandable, flexible configuration
Adopting standard unit modules, which can freely combine ring inlet, ring outlet, feeder, PT, metering and other units, with up to 8 branch circuits, adapting to single-ring, double-ring, radial and other wiring modes, convenient for capacity expansion and strong interchangeability.
4. High-protection structure, adaptable to harsh outdoor environments
The cabinet is made of stainless steel/aluminum-zinc coated steel plate, with double-layer top cover, inclined water guide and sealed waterproof, with excellent anti-corrosion, rust-proof, sun-proof and rainstorm-proof performance. The overall protection can reach IP43–IP54, mechanical strength IK10, and long service life.
5. Intelligent primary and secondary fusion, distribution network automation
Integrated with DTU/FTU intelligent terminal to realize telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, fault detection, fault location, automatic isolation and power restoration of non-fault areas. It supports 4G/5G, Ethernet and power carrier communication, connecting with distribution automation platform to improve power supply reliability and management efficiency.
6. Integrated temperature control and dehumidification, stable and reliable
Built-in heater, temperature and humidity controller, intelligent ventilation system, automatically adjust the temperature and humidity in the cabinet, eliminate condensation, and ensure stable operation of equipment in alpine and high humidity areas.
7. Fast installation and deployment, small footprint
Pre-assembled in the factory and delivered as a whole. Only foundation fixing and cable access are needed on site, with short construction period and small floor area, suitable for rapid commissioning in outdoor scenes such as narrow urban spaces, roadside and residential areas.
